    It's hard getting motivated for "longest" stuff after a race. I am still not recovered from my race, and my Ironman training starts tomorrow! Yikes!!

    Kudos to your for knocking it out!

    I'm not sure what is up with vampires and women. Dee Dee is like that too. Maybe its the ole tall dark and handsome (sinister) thing :-D
